Recruitment Specialist you will act as a Consultant Specialist to both business and employees on matters pertaining to Labour Law Basic Conditions of the Employment Act Policies and Procedures Operational matters and Recruitment activities You will also manage all relevant recruitment activities end-to-end Your tasks and responsibilities This describes and captures some of the essence of what is expected but not limited to only these Develops proposes and or implements policies methods processes or programs regarding various HR functional areas and advises managers and or employees Conducts research and analyses on projects or programs Communicates HR services initiatives and programs Responds to inquiries related to HR and company policies and procedures Maintains develops proposes and implements HR and company policies procedures and other guidelines Supports employees and managers in understanding and being compliant with HR policies and guidelines Conducts research develops proposes and or implements plans policies methods processes and or programs regarding Industrial Relations and or Labour Law activities Keeps abreast of local and regional labour law legislation changes Interprets and implements provisions of local labour agreements to resolve problems and assure mutual compliance Advises managers on how to manage HR incidents pertaining to Labour Law Interprets the labour organization s viewpoint for management Identifies chronic labour relations problem areas and recommends solutions Develops proposes and or implements talent acquisition TA policies methods processes or programs and advises managers and or employees accordingly Performs and executes a defined range of administrative tasks related to talent acquisition activities according to predetermined guidelines and procedures Supports development and or implements recruiting standards in order to ensure effective staffing in the organization Supports management in the design and development of talent acquisition policies guidelines methods and tools Cooperates with and advices HR operations and or HR business partners or line management in related matters Plans and executes projects to improve recruiting processes Implements talent acquisition standards and ensures effective recruiting programs and respective measures on regional and local level May perform or support individual and or group assessments and analyses results Processes recruiting specific transactions such as arranging travel assignments for applicants resolving appointment issues and administrating assessment and application processes Responds to routine inquiries from applicants Maintains files for all documents processed such as CVs Assists with creation transmission and processing of data files between various stakeholders in the recruiting process Assists in liaising with authorities and with local organization units if necessary Supports the TA administrative tasks end to end Comply with local and legal requirements Deliver high level of quality output Advises managers and employees regarding daily operational HR activities and processes Implements HR strategy and guidelines Aligns the regional HR activities with the business requirements Acts as key interface to HR Business Partner HR Management Consult on overall benefits programs and services i e like HR shared services recruiting processes talent development Performs all HR operations task at the unit or hands over the processes towards HR shared services Sets up and executes unit related HR projects Support in the execution of defined administrative tasks related to learning activities according to predetermined guidelines and procedures Support and assist the Learning Professional with Day-to-day learning administrative tasks Reporting to accountable management Arrange orientation sessions and on-the-job training Evaluation of training effectiveness for the courses assigned and maintains the respective reports reporting to SETA and Skills Development reporting requirements Summary related to Function but not limited to Employee and Management Consulting Industrial Relations Consulting and case handling Policy Procedures Guidelines Circulars implementation maintenance development and communication Recruitment and Talent Management end-to-end Workforce planning Budgets function Audit preparation and participation Supplier management Your qualifications and experience Experience Knowledge At least 6 years experience in a human resources environment Employee relations management case handling Talent Acquisition Recruitment end-to-end Avature tool experience will be advantageous Compensation and Benefits experience HR Consulting experience HR Operations experience SETA understanding experience advantageous B-BBEE understanding experience advantageous Audit experience ISO 9001 and 13485 advantageous Special Projects implementation Healthineers Industry knowledge
