International Fruit Sales Key Accounts Executive

Minimum requirements for the role:
A tertiary qualification, either a Diploma or Degree in Marketing and Sales or related is preferred.
Previous experience having sold and managed international and / or local Key Accounts within the fresh fruit industry is essential.
Previous export experience of fruit into global markets is preferred but not essential.
Previous experience having sold to Wholesalers and Retailers globally is preferred.
Previous experience having built and maintained relationships with Customers.
Being able to speak, read and write French or Portuguese is preferred but not essential.
Strategically procuring and marketing designated fresh fruit internationally meeting Clients needs and expectations.
Identifying, assessing and managing all financial risks, attending strategic meetings, building and maintaining sound relationships with Suppliers and Clients.
Setting and achieving annual sales budgets and gross margin objectives with the Executive Team as well as executing and driving all projects timeously in line with the Companys annual strategy.
Negotiating the terms of sale and prices with very Senior Key Clients, ensuring that supply chain expectations and delivery dates are achieved.
Communicating internally with Senior Management about supply and demand requirements ensuring that all trading decisions are made in the best interest of the Business at all times.
Building and maintaining Supplier and Client relationships.
Executing and driving all projects internationally.
Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
