**Role Purpose**
The Investment Distribution Support Manager (DSM) supports the Momentum Distribution Services (MDS) distribution support admin team by organizing and coordinating office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency through world-class leadership of the administrative team.
**Requirements**:
Qualifications:
- Relevant Degree/NQF 7 business-related tertiary level qualification
**Experience**:
- 3 - 5 years of office management/general operations experience, with a preference to IFA management.
- 2 years people management experience.
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in the investment industry with an ability to hold an investment conversation. (e.G., Section 14, Section 37 &
Section 50;
Compulsory money).

Service experience:
Manages the escalation process to resolution. Identifies process inefficiencies through regular engagements with Distribution and Distribution Support staff and provides feedback to internal stakeholders and own line manager.
