It Product Management Lead - Ee

Role and Responsibilities
As the Product Management Lead, you will be expected to lead and oversee the Product Management team as well as its operations. You’ll be managing a team over multiple projects and products. You’ll be providing training and mentorship while working with stakeholders to align Product operations with business vision and strategy.

Product Management Leadership
- Responsible for building out the craft that is Product Management.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of product development processes alongside the UX and Tech Leads.
- Collaborate with Tech and UX Leads to make sure you’re prioritizing the most important features.
- Help define features in product backlogs, working closely with the UX team and other business stakeholders.
- Lead and direct a team of Product Managers.
- Allow data and metrics to guide your priorities.
- Have strong decision-making skills based on data.
- Stakeholder engagement is top-notch.
- Be a fast learner, with a passion for keeping track of the details that matter.
- Be a self-starter, you find what needs to be done and get it done.
- Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and you’re comfortable presenting work to executives and large groups.
