Ensure that all systems are within compliance of laid out Standards
Establish communication lines accordingly with different support teams
Tailor assigned activities to site’s needs and coordinate with other stakeholders to minimize disruption
Maintain necessary SLA and supply individuals with required equipment, configurations and training
Provide support when needed and secure good level of maintenance whenever required
Ensure adequate security, Automation systems, Back-up and Virus Protection programs are in place
Contribute and support regional and global projects whenever required
Ensure co-ordination of third party suppliers and vendor support
Ensuring that all hardware and software installations are in compliance with established standards
Define compliant methodology to support efficient and consistent deployment of all contract elements
Effectively follow the local change control process and correctly assess impacts for the business/operations
Effective negotiation skills and third party vendor management
Monthly reporting on status of network
Assist with drawing up documentation on all new procedures
Ensure that all assigned activities are completed on time
Primary reporting and feedback
**Qualifications and Experience**:
A+, N+, MCP or equivalent IT qualification
Great communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Planning and organisational skills
Flexibility
Self-starter and a team player
