Junior Assistant Project Administrator And Content

We are a dynamic and growing boutique media creation house that specializes in creating engaging E-learning and advertising content for our clients in various industries such as telecoms, academia, and healthcare, to mention a few.
We are seeking a motivated and talented creative to join our team as a Project Administrator and Client Liaison working alongside our media creation dept.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects, communicating with clients, and be part of creating engaging media content for various uses.
**Job Description**:
As a Project Administrator and Client Liaison with Social Media Content Creation, your main responsibilities will include:
- Copywriting and proofreading of scripts to ensure they meet client expectations
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and queries,
And maintaining positive relationships with them.
- Collaborating with other team members to develop creative concepts
- Developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content for our
Channels, and measuring the success of our campaigns.
- Conducting research and staying up to date with the latest trends and techniques in
Video and graphic design requirements:
- Experience in relevant fields such as copy/writing, video and graphic design
- Good knowledge of the English language with exceptional copywriting and proofreading
Skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others
Advantageous:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro or similar video editing software
