Experience and Knowledge Required:
Experience in Commercial Law &
Drafting of Contracts;
Be proficient in Commercial, Fiduciary &
Trust &
Deceased Estate Departments of a well established Law Firm.
Be able to function independently and have excellent management skills.
Consultations with clients;
Commercial, Deceased Estate &
Trust functions associated with the departments;
Trust Administration;
Amending Trust deeds and Trustees;
Drafting of contracts;
Attending to Deceased estate administration and general duties from an Attorney.
**Salary**:
From R18,000.00 per month

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
