Minimum Requirements:

Experience with broadband provisioning
Contact Confidential experience
Configuring systems, hosted or on premises PABX
Customer service experience
Understanding of LAN environment's
Understanding of IP addressing
Beneficial but not essential
CompTIA N+
Any technical certification
Any router configuration experience
Customer Service / Telephony Etiquette training
Duties and Responsibilities:
Calling clients to ensure the product they have ordered is correct and suitable for their business needs
Placing and tracking orders with various carriers
Updating clients on the progress of their orders
Capture and deal with any bespoke configuration requests
Dispatch hardware to the client-s premises
Configure telephony system
Configuring of client-s routers
Signing off on projects successfully completed
Client care and satisfaction
