Control tasks within the Payroll department processing of payroll and all tasks related to payroll processing REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION TRAINING Grade 12 Certificate in Payroll would be an added advantage REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE 2 years payroll experience KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Processing of accurate payroll input Capturing of paid leave on terminations Identify unusual or incorrect movements on the payroll Unlocking Bank Change Request Assisting HR and Management with specialised payroll calculation and explanations Checking of processed payroll information Garnishees Court Orders and Maintenance orders Issuing of payslips IRP5s and attachments as required Payroll queries Basic tax and nett payment calculations Filing Weekly wages Ad - hoc Duties Final schedules TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE COMPETENCIES Microsoft Office Strong Excel skills essential SAP knowledge essential BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES Figure orientated People skills Computer skills Accuracy and Attention to detail Analytical ability Accuracy skills Maximising performances Result driven Team player Closing Date 24 August 2020 Applicants who have not heard from us within 30 days of the closing date may assume that their applications have been unsuccessful and are hereby thanked for their interest The filling of these positions will be aligned to AFGRI s Employment Equity Policy
