**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
The administrative management of projects and ensuring that all deadlines are met.
Day-to-day administrative tasks associated with a project as well as provide guidance to other team members on their individual responsibilities
Play a role in ensuring that projects are run in compliance with the Clients requirements and provide guidance to project teams accordingly
Play a role in maintaining and integrating the existing project plans
Assisting in tracking and reporting overall progress
Establishing and maintaining the project documentation library, and Supporting the relevant Programme Manager(s) and Project Manager(s) with various activities.
A minimum of 1 year of experience at managerial level in a Project Administrator or equivalent role
Tertiary qualification issued by a registered tertiary institution that is/are relevant to the role of project administration
Strong presentation skills at board level or executive management level
Relevant business development experience and skills
Experience and capability of leading telecommunications technologies.
