Junior Recruitment Administrator

Our company, a recruitment and placement is looking to appoint a Junior Recruitment Administrator to assist our internal Recruitment Team with administrative and related duties.
**Responsibilities**:
- Creating and posting job descriptions to relevant job portals
- Scheduling of interviews.
- Conducting Background and reference checks.
- Provide regular reporting to Management.
- Perform other related duties as instructed.
**Requirements**:
- Grade 12/Matric
- Any recognized qualification in Human Resources, Administration, Recruitment or related field
- At least 1 year working experience in a similar field (advantage)
- Computer Literate
- Experience in the use of various Job Portals will be an advantage.
- Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent Telephone Etiquette
- Strong Administration skills
- Proficient in the use of Excel (non-negotiable)
- Paying attention to detail
- Strong Data Capturing skills
- Deadline driven
- Meticulous, reliable and a diligent worker
- Independent and requiring less supervision

R7,500.00 per month
