Junior Recruitment Consultant (Cape Town)

**Job Specifications**:
Bulk call centre recruitment
Daily Admin Duties i.E. updating relevant database / recruitment management system
Knowledge of Executive, IT, Call Center, Sales &
General Recruitment
**Experience**:
1 to 3 years recruitment experience in fast paced in-house corporate environment, or Recruitment Agency
Must have call centre experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Written &
Verbal
Proficiency in the use of Recruitment Management systems
Excellent relationship management skills - ability to influence senior business leaders
Must be able to work well under pressure and possess initiative
Excellent organizational and leadership ability
Comfortable with headhunting and cold calling, getting rejection but remaining tenacious.
Drivers License essential
Market Related based on experience
Based in Cape Town
