Junior Web Designer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and execute design projects for clients
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for websites, apps, and other digital products
- Participate in design reviews and critique sessions with the team
- Assist with the creation of presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials for clients
- Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented correctly and meet technical requirements
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to team discussions and projects
- Assist senior designers with the management of projects and tasks as needed
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD).
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.G. Figma, Sketch, InVision, Marvel).
- Understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices
- Experience with web and mobile design
- Familiarity with design systems and style guides
