Maintenance Supervisor - Franschhoek

Luxury Wine Estate outside of Franschhoek is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor. They offer transport between 18:
00 - 06:
00 to Franschhoek, Paarl and Stellenbosch, therefore all other transportation would be up to the individual.
- Supervise and sign off all repairs and maintenance
- Assist with general maintenance repairs when required
- Perform and complete all duties with mínimal interruption and inconvenience to guests and the service operation
- Responds to maintenance requests in the minimum possible down time
- Ensure the facilities and equipment in and around the business are well maintained and in good working order
- Optimise the OMNI hotel system to manage the issue, supplies used and stock replenishments
- Reduce any accident or damage to equipment, loss of tools and supplies
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in repairs and maintenance
- Hotel or property maintenance would be advantageous
- Knowledge of safe working procedures of electrical tool and equipment
- Must be able to supervise a team - Must have Supervisory experience
- Must be computer literate
