**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
- Support Kerry’s Insights led Innovation approach to selling by developing market and consumer insights to help shape &
sharpen our value propositions and messaging
- Analyze customer portfolios to identify opportunities to leverage
- Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth in our market presence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights
- Utilize statistical methods and data visualization tools to present findings effectively
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
- Translate research findings into actionable insights that contribute to strategic decision-making
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies based on market intelligence
- Regularly update stakeholders on market trends and competitive landscape
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies in market research and insights
**Qualifications, Skills &
Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Studies or related field with a minimum of 2 - 3 years' experience in market research, insights analysis, or a related role
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Proficiency in using market research tools, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Problem-Solving - enquiring mind, lateral thinking
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Project management and cross functional team working - Able to prioritize projects and work seamlessly with various stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision in a hyper speed environment
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Some experience in the Food &
Beverages, marketing orB2B marketing environment preferred but not essential
