Job Purpose:
The role will lead the Marketing e-Business transformation of the Africa Region by delivering the e-Business strategy as well as the Marketing and Communications plan. Implementing platforms and tools including analytics, growing the online presence and sales through own and third-party e-shops. Main Objectives of the role:
Regional ownership of strategy, activation, content and management of technology to enable e-Business. Develop marketing strategies aligned to achieving company goals, develop specific plans and budgets with relevant business unit leaders Develop and implement a measurable and targeted Marketing and Communications plan for area of responsibility. Adopt the EMEIA e-Business program from a Marketing, Sales and Customer perspective, both internally and externally, including customer on-boarding and implement as applicable in across Africa presence. Act as the Africa e-Business Champion and work closely with the Africa Business Units and other EMEIA E-Business teams in all relevant stages of the program delivery. Strong technical expertise, with particular emphasis on web, analytics, mobile, search and other aspects of digital marketing. Responsibilities:
Extensive experience in implementing e-Business strategy, programs and driving both internal and external adoption. Track record of delivering an e-Business strategy in a multinational company. Good understanding of implementing web shop and direct to consumer marketing D2C solutions. An excellent understanding of the digital development process, including the importance of user-centered design methods;
develop and articulate customer journeys. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and plans to accelerate adoption of e-tools, acting as a change agent to transform the business. Develop digital marketing campaigns to drive sales activity on new digital product lines together with relevant Africa Business Units and EMEIA strategic product unit PU teams. Advanced knowledge and use of Excel and other reporting tools very important that you are comfortable with large amounts data and able to present this and create actions from IT. Should manage &
coordinate process for agreement on special prices. Significant experience of managing digital products, including backlog creation, user stories, user journey creation and rapid prototyping and working in a cross-disciplined team framework. Experience of building, managing and optimising a large, consumer-facing website. Previous experience of implementing an effective website strategy. Sound knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Tag manager, research, mailchimp and testing. An excellent understanding of the digital development process, including the importance of user-centred design methods. Update/create ASSA ABLOY showroom including partner showrooms, print material, videos, brand guidelines, price lists, websites, web pages, catalogues, e-catalogues, case studies, product videos, customer testimonials, pre-qualification documents, presentations, customernewsletters, internal newsletters and other marketing related material on regular basis in coordination with all stake holders. Organize exhibitions and events targeting Architects, Consulting Engineers, Contractors &
Developers to promote ASSA ABLOY solutions. Manage and implementwith various stakeholderswith the EMEIA teamthe new CRM system, and other group digital tools such asFalcon, Matomo, Magento, AM, Shopify Competencies:

Experience:
Educated to Bachelors Degree level or equivalent experience in implementing e-Business and Digital Marketing 5 - 7 years marketing experience working in a branded house environment, ideally in an internationalcorporatefirm Experience in the security or construction / property development sector would be advantageous but not critical Strong presentation skills Must be willing to travel throughout Africa Experience working in Sub-Saharan Africa is ideal Experience managing multiple brands, multiple channelsand multiple reporting lines Media Buying, good media contacts advantageous Experience ingraphic designwould be advantageous but not critical A background in digital system implementation is an advantage, with experience in CRM,Oneweb or AM Experience in the security or construction / property development sector would be advantageous but not critical Negotiation, organization and planning Excellent command in MS Office Word/Excel/PowerPoint Ecommerce paygate and penetration testing knowledge Knowledge of agile project management and/or Magento platforms will be preferred We are the ASSA ABLOY GroupOur people have made us the global leader in access solutions.
