**Role Summary**:
Working with the Marketing Manager UK &
Ireland and Marketing Manager Long Haul, the Marketing Executive will support the execution and delivery of multi-channel marketing and communication plans for the UK, Ireland, North American, Latin American, Africa &
Asia Pacific Markets. This will involve working with partners from various teams across online and offline channels including PR, social media, print, TV and digital marketing, targeting both new and existing customers as well as supporting our agency partners.
**What you will be doing**:
- Implementing and managing of the marketing and communication plans for the charter and boat sales side of the business to deliver agreed targets.
- Support the Global Marketing and Content team with global marketing initiatives and projects to ensure execution in the required markets and that all brand standards are followed.
- Supervise the efficiency of all marketing activities to ensure encouraged return on investment is delivered and all activity is in line with brand strategies.
- Responsible for the updating of the UK, Ireland and Long Haul markets websites, working with internal teams for translation and ensuring all brand and website standards are met as set by the Distributed Team.
- Assist with finding new opportunities to drive traffic, improving conversion and optimising content.
- Research potential business opportunities to increase brand awareness with both consumers and travel trade partners
- Work with PR agencies to manage and coordinate plans to meet assigned objectives (including support with Media and Agent FAMS).
- Proof all press release and content (as the need arises) to ensure it meets brand guidelines, the information is accurate and optimized for SEO
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content plan. Run social media budget &
report and supervise ROI.
- Assist the execution of partnership agreements with 3rd parties, Destination Marketing Boards and Regional Tourism Office (RTO). Assist with the tracking of all activities including measuring return on investment.
- Review daily sales report, Google Analytics and Marketing critical metrics to advise future marketing activities and campaigns.
**What we are looking for**:
- Marketing experience or qualifications would be advantageous
- Previous experience or, a keen curiosity about the travel industry
- Customer experience focussed - with the desire to deliver outstanding service consistently
- Flexibility &
adaptable, comfortable presenting effectively with people from a variety of levels internally and externally
- Able to use Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Confident and enthusiastic individual who wants to develop their marketing career
