**Your tasks and responsibilities**:
- Accepts incoming goods and compares them with the shipping document (Material number, description,
- quantity).
- Checks incoming goods for visible damage, documents them and provides the information if required.
- Takes care for correct use of transport equipment (hand-guided industrial trucks, forklift, etc.).
- Captures relevant data in data processing systems - Goods Receipt.
- Arranges the acceptance, storage, commissioning, and removal of goods in the storage area and records them in
- the appropriate systems.
- Organizes a regular stock maintenance and inventory in the storage area.
- Assembles deliveries out of given storage compartments and reviews for completeness and accuracy (e.G.
- quantity and article number in reference to the respective delivery notes).
- Completes packaging of deliveries having regard to shipping instructions, common methods of dispatch, types of
- packaging and other instructions (e.G. Dangerous Goods) in the given framework.
- Adds the corresponding shipping documents to the outgoing goods.
- Maintains the relevant record retention systems.
- Monitor and reports on security risks on the floor.
- Monitors and clears Webcycles to ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Clarifies account discrepancies internally, but also with expediters, vendors &
suppliers.
- Cooperates with responsible purchase organization in order to clarify issues.
- May contact supplier actively to clarify questions.
- Contributes to balance sheet and P&
L closing.
- Analyzes and evaluates invoices of suppliers and vendors, performs checks with respect to deliveries supplied.
- Works closely with purchase managers to ensure awareness of any actions and/or problems affecting their relationship with suppliers.
**Your qualifications and experience**:
- Years of experience 5 Years
- Skills Attention to Detail, Problem Solving, Analytical,
Excellence, Quality and Compliance in the daily interactions, operations and reporting is not a negotiable requirement, but absolutely mandatory for this role.
