**Requirements**:
- Minimum OF A BCom, BSc degree, or National Diploma;
- ITSM, Prince 2 practitioner, TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL Foundation;
- Cisco Certified Network Architect (CCNA)
- MCSE ITP;
- Virtualisation Technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V)
- CISP/CISO;
- Minimum of 5 - 10years Operations Management experience;
- Minimum of 5 - 10years Customer service environment;
- Minimum of 5 - 10years Virtualization experience;
- Minimum of 5 - 10years Microsoft AD, SQL, and server operating system experience;
- Minimum of 5 - 10years Networking and Telephony experience;
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years Cloud platform exposure (Azure/AWS/Google);
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years Governance experience (King/COBIT);
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years Security Officer experience.
