JohannesburgOne of our clients within the Logistics and Supply Chain industry is looking for a National Pharma and Healthcare to join their team.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Adapts the global vertical strategy to the national strategy, sales targets and corresponding business plans in close corporation with the Business Units and Regional / National ManagementOpportunity development of all core services, and controls Key Account performance in the vertical within the region (GP + volume) Engagement of key customers in any new product development effortSMaintain/grow profitability of key customersPro-active contribution to the regional monthly Key Account Management calls.Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.Ensure all information related to the key customers is current and accurate in the (CRM system) and that all visibility is maintained for thebenefit of all stakeholders.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and internal &
external industry network relations and represents the business's as the lead expertYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES Have proven industry knowledge of the assigned vertical.
Have operational experience in one of the core transportation modes being Sea Logistics, Air Logistics or Road Logistics.
Have conducted sales leadership workshops, whiteboard sessions with customers, or process review sessions with global customers.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
Moderate level of computer literacy.
Management of virtual teams with diverse cultural backgrounds.
Proven verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to navigate on senior management level.Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
