**Duties and Responsibilities may include but not limited to**:
- Manage all clinic processes as required for efficiency,
- Create and maintain good communication between Client and Company,
- Make sure that the clinic is well represented and covered by appropriate staffing,
- Assist with finding locum staff when and where necessary, make sure its okayed by Key Accounts Manager prior,
- Make sure time management is well maintained as required by client,
- Report any requests and extra requirements from the client to Key Accounts Manager,
- Work closely with OMP to develop a medical surveillance plan based on risk assessment matrix,
- Conducting Medicals as required, according to risk assessment,
- Conduct Covid19 screening as required by the client,
- Make sure the OMP visits the clinic weekly,
- Make sure employees referred are seen and the necessary documentation and files are signed as legally required,
- Maintain good record keeping in client files,
- Oversee doctor’s booking and liaise with doctor,
- Do medical Reports:
Weekly and monthly,
- Providing Treatment as required after assessment,
- Documenting injuries and illnesses in the workplace, and completion of WCL2 as required,
- Developing and Implementing Health and Safety Programs, where necessary, e.G., Follow Health calendar days,
- Give first aid care to employees and if there is assessed as urgent, call for an ambulance as guided by client’s policy,
- Monitor Training of 1st aiders and what they deal with monthly, to get a better idea of risks,
- Do monthly walkthrough assessments to check that conditions for the employees are safe,
- Provide safety lessons in the workplace for all employees, where necessary.
- Provide simple counselling and Health education where necessary, refer where necessary.
- Monthly do stocktaking and orders of the medicines and other medical equipment required in the clinic
- Maintain an up-to-date asset list of all equipment and furniture in the clinic. e.G., Client and Company
- Preventing healthcare problems at work through risk assessment, report to safety department,
- Manage chronic employee conditions as necessary,
- Attend Monthly Safety meetings where possible, get minutes if not possible
- Comply with all company policies and procedures,
- You will be required at sometimes to perform/execute any other task that is reasonable and legit within the Company.

Part-time hours:
8 per week
**Salary**:
R170.00 per hour

- Occupational health:
5 years (preferred)
