Occupational Health Nurse

Job Summary :
*Responsible for the management of occupational health services including primary health care, dispensing, stakeholder engagement, and providing ongoing reports and management of clinic staff.
- Minimum Qualifications and Experience :
BCur Nursing degree / diploma.* Current South African Nursing Council (SANC) registration mandatory.
- BTech in Occupational Health.* Dispensing certificate.* Expert knowledge of the, Mine Health and Safety Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS Act), Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems and ISO / IEC 17020-201.
- Certificate in audiometry, spirometry, and vision screening.* Computer proficiency MS Office, SAP or similar.* Minimum of 2 years experience in Occupational Health.* Minimum Job
**Requirements**:
Perform all duties in accordance with South African Nursing Council (SANC), Department of Health (DOH) and National CoreStandards.
- Ability to carry out examinations and procedures in term of the governing legislation for occupational health.* Conduct all types of medical fitness assessments, pre-employment, transfer and annual and exit.
- Assist with primary health care management.* Manage and appropriate referrals of minor injuries on duties.* Performance of audiometry, spirometry, and vision screening and highlighting significant abnormalities to the Occupational Medical Practitioner.
- Assisting Clinic Manager with monthly reports and audits.* Perform standby duties.
**Salary**:
R21,386.67 - R38,816.65 per month
