**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Diary management including scheduling meetings
Travel arrangements and bookings - flights, accommodation, transfers, visas, passports, foreign exchange, etc
Administrative support includes completing and submitting tenders
Managing and coordinating meetings - actively assisting with any preparation - EXCO, board meetings/teleconferences
Preparing written documents including note taking, minutes of meetings, and daily/weekly briefings
Managing office events and coordinating team calendars
Replenishment of office supplies and/or equipment
Liaison with internal and external key stakeholders for end-to-end meeting co-ordination
Ad hoc duties as requested/required
Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
Post Matric qualification - administration/ secretarial/office management or similar
Minimum 3 years of working experience as a PA / Office Manager in a similar role
Proficient in MS Office Suite with advanced Excel
High Proficiency in English
Driver's license and own vehicle
