Overview:
- The Global Partner Management Associate Administrator will be responsible for supporting the NSC Global Partner Management Team and all Associates with aligned administrative function will work as part of the team that is responsible for ensuring NSC has a quality and cost effective engineering network globally. The Administrator will engage with the local partners globally and assists in ensuring that all information relating to the building of strong relationships with these partners, is up to date and accurate. The Administrator will support and back-up the Associate to ensure that the selected partners fulfil our customer requirements as well as developing our business offerings to our customer base.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist if asked to Identify and source new partners globally, into the partner network using the Cisco Partner Tool and other suitable tools, based on requirements
- Assist in updating and keeping accurate each assigned Partners’ Profiles by ensuring all documentation and data has been received, signed, countersigned by Legal, shared back to Partners and saved internally on J:
Drive in the Partners folders
- Track, where required, PO and Invoice queries from either partners or nscglobal internal teams
- Assist with Management of contracts and Partners’ Profiles for dedicated Projects
- Assist and action Field Engineering related issues and escalations when necessary
- Assist, if requested to action pre-sales requests for all domains coming into the Global Services Inbox, as well as related tasks, including but not limited to quoting, within OLA
- Update Trackers on behalf of Team, Partner Tracker, Requests Tracker, Contracts Tracker, Issues Tracker, Finance &
PO Tracker, etc.
- Manage and update the 3rd Party Partner FE Database spreadsheet (J:
, and TEAMs,), and be responsible for ensuring all updates provided are actioned timeously and that the data is kept up to date and accurate
- Any other ad-hoc administrative activities, as requested by the Global Partner Management Team Manager
Qualifications:
**Key Competencies**
- Technical_
- Global knowledge
- Experience in either the IT or Telecommunication fields
- Experience in working with Suppliers / Vendors
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office, including advanced use of spreadsheets
- Non-Technical_
- Fluently spoken and written English at a business level
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a team environment, and take instructions to support a high paced, high work volume, results driven Team
- Ability to work with all levels of internal management and staff
- Management_
- Weekly Reports:
- Partner Reviews to achieve quarterly review compliance and database accuracy
- Weekly Overview of Activities - stats relating to:
- Partners Reviewed
- Partner Folders assessed and updated
- Contract creation, during Partner onboarding and Project alignment
- Finance and PO Query overview - resolutions tracker
- Quarterly Reports:
- Partner Reviews completed
**Required Education and Experience**
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Fluently spoken and written English at a business level
- At least 2 years’ working experience in an IT or Telecommunication fields
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office including advanced use of spreadsheets
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst ensuring quality is maintained
- Must be team focused and have effective productivity output
- Ability to work and build relationships at all required levels throughout the partner network advantageous
- Ability to work with all levels of internal management and staff
