Controlling all stock, orders and admin of earthmoving equipment parts in the store.
- Grade 12 certificate and or ABET L4
- A minimum of 1 years working experience within a parts/admin environment (sales &
stores)
- Knowledgeof Microsoft Office essential
- Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
- General knowledge on earthmoving parts, processes, storage, and quality
- Good customer relations and ability to work under pressure
- Good command of English language both written and oral
- Valid code 8 driver’s licence
- Applicants must be well presented with excellent skills and manner
- Maintaining and enhancing the Company’s image at all times
- Administration and controlling of stock movement transactions.
- Upkeep of all parts department registers
- Receiving &
Despatch discrepancies follow up;
resolve and report to line manager
- Assist with accurate stock receiving and dispatch procedures
- Manage all stock returns including the follow up for credits admin duties
- Process, Maintain and file all parts warehouse related admin duties
- Assisting with regular stock and cycle counts including investigating &
report on discrepanciesto line manager
- Expedited back-orders and feedback to customers on behalf of all parts salesmen
- Admin related managing, processing and filing of all inter branch stock transfers
- Use reporting to Investigate and follow up on all unprocessed supplier invoices
- Assist Management and staff as and when required
- Attend to parts related direct deliveries/collections related admin duties
- Assist with Debtors/Creditors department with any parts department related queries
- General safety and house keeping
Work overtime as and when required
