**An opportunity has arisen with our client in the motor industry for a Parts Administrator to be based at their operations in Kempton Park, Gauteng.**
**Duties**:

- **Responsible for all administration of the parts department together with Parts Manager.**
***:
- **Attend to daily debtors and banking received.**
***:
- **Must maintain high level of accuracy and double check oneself.**
***:
- **Attending to finance related queries and issues.**
***:
- **Attend to Debtors and Creditors function including reconciling accounts, resolving queries with Branch Accountant.**
***:
- **Daily reporting to Dealer Principal.**
***:
- **Assist with HR and payroll with attendance registers and overtime schedules.**
***:
- **Responsible for keeping track of inventory, ordering and purchasing parts for customers.**
***:
- **Issuing of all sublet orders and stock request.**
***:
- **Assist to coordinate picking up or delivery of parts from one factory to another or to clients.**
***:
- **Some responsibilities may include dealing with warranty claims and processing returns of all internal reconditioned components.**
***:
- **Your duties may include administrative tasks such as billing and crediting customers.**
***:
***:
- **Reporting discrepancies.**
***
**Requirements**:
***
- **Matric or certificate**
***:
- **Code 8 License (valid)**
***:
- **Minimum 1-2 Years’ experience in similar role**
***:
- **Automate experience**
***:
- **Read and Write in English**
