job description
**DUTIES**:
- Receiving &
Dispatching of Parts including ALL processing
- Pick &
Pack parts accurately for Internal &
External customers
- Ensure accurate invoicing &
signed POD’s are received before handover
- Carry out cycle and stock-counts as and when required
- Ensure admin is well maintained on a daily basis
- Ensure all parts are binned according to bin location process immediately upon receiving
- Ensure racks are cleaned regularly and packed by customer name with all related documents at all times.
- Use GMNB report to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure all unwanted parts are prepared for returns to the supplier
- Follow up on all outstanding credits
- Write up and chase all awaiting and upcoming customer parts collections
- Assist with the follow up on all outstanding credits
- Assist with stock and customer related queries as and when required
- Housekeeping - warehouse and work area to be well kept at all times
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- ABET Level 4 or Matric
- Working experience in a stores environment
- Excellent Admin &
computer Skills ( SAP knowledge will be an advantage)
- Be able to work under pressure
- Valid code 8 drivers license
