Pharmacy Manager

Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for ensuring the development and implementation of the strategy of the Pharmacy Department in line with the company’s division’s strategy themes
The incumbent will further manage all related Pharmacy services and activities according to the policies procedures, philosophy and objectives of the group
**Key work outputs and accountabilities**:
- Manage the Pharmacy Financial as well as understanding the financial fundamentals of the healthcare’s business
- Manage all aspects of the retail pharmacy business including optimizing prescription and front shop sales
- Management of patient Pharmaceutical care in the hospital compromising both hospital and retail pharmacy environment
- Ensure that the Pharmaceutical standards, quality assurance and risk management is maintained within the hospital
- Leverage appropriate internal and external channels to ensure urgent filing of critical vacancies with a specific emphasis on Pharmacist positions
**Inherit Requirements**:
- A relevant pharmaceutical qualification (BPharm Degree or Dip Pharm) or equivalent NQF7 qualification
- Registration with the South African Pharmacy Council as Pharmacist
- Previous experience in the management of the private hospital would be advantageous
- Advanced level of computer literacy
- Computer literacy
