Production Controller is urgently required for a FMCG Company
Salary is market related
Grade 12
Relevant Tertiary Qualification - i.E. Production Planning, Financial Management, etc.
Experience gained within the Beverage/Food/Dairy/Fresh Produce/Similar - Industry is required
Experience working with ERP Systems (e.G. MS Navision, SAP, etc.)
MS Excel, Qlikview - preferred
Knowledge of Financial Processes and Analysis, and mathematical skills
Knowledge of production processes, bill of materials and waste management systems
The Production Controller is responsible to ensure that the production planning process is completed accurately and within the stipulated timelines.
Receiving of orders, consolidation, set up of control sheets, loading of job cards and distribute to Production team
Compile inventory journals/waste journals and production order manufacturing
Assist with stock takes
Ensure invoicing of completed orders are done according to company policy and procedure
Compile monthly production reports
