**Job Description**:
- develop daily or weekly or monthly production schedules for boilermakers, welders, spray painters, metal finishers, CNC machine operators and assembly team
- plan and compute operations to maximize productivity and performance in less time.
- plan the schedules of production according to demand of the projects and works orders.
- assign equal works orders to all employees and complete production on time.
- address and resolve planning/production bottlenecks to minimize delays in production.
- effect changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.
- inform the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules
- coordinate production workflow for the products with Production Manager and Project Manager.
- create reports of activities carried out in production planning
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma or equivalent field
- Proven 4-5 years experience working as a production planner in a equipment manufacturing environment.
Additional Information

- Proficient in MS Office and planning techniques
- Excellent organizational and outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
