**About Our Client**:
Our client is dedicated to managing the brands of world leading printing &
related machinery manufacturers, ensuring that they supply machinery from manufacturers of technologically advanced equipment, tailor-made for the Printing, Packaging and Converting sectors of the global media market.
It is their vision to build and manage the brands of these suppliers to the primary position in the Southern African market and need a tenacious Sales Executive to do so.
**About the role**:
Liaise with international and local suppliers and customers regarding parts requirements. Making sure that what was ordered arrives on schedule and meets specifications. Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations. Monitor inventory, perform buying duties, and contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries. Manage stock inventory and perform required administrative duties associated with the supply and distribution of parts to customers
**Experience**:
- Procurement and distribution
- Import and export experience preferable
- Pastal Evolution - essential
**Education**:
Matric
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Interact with customers regarding parts required
- Contact and liaise with international and local suppliers on order requirements
- Support vendor relations
- Process orders
- Preparing accurate and complete purchase orders
- Do invoicing to customers on parts sold and delivered
- Schedule incoming and outgoing shipments - distribute parts to clients nationally. Courier and dispatch parts
- Follow up with vendors to check in on shipping status - late or missing shipments
- Inform customers on order status, daily shipping information, and costs associated with the purchase.
- Maintain detailed records of purchases, including quantities, shipping information, and costs associated with the purchase.
- Internal order updates-daily order reports
- Manage bookings and warehouse transfers
- Manage the company's inventory levels - participate in stocktake and inventory management
- Facilitate imports and exports in conjunction with agents
- Provides administrative and clerical support to the department.
- Manage the supplies and products coming in and out of a business,
- Handle inquiries about orders
