**Job Purpose**
- To develop, control and monitor Quality assurance outcomes for the secured portfolio within Consumer collections. This portfolio requires proactive quality control and monitoring to create optimal high performance amongst all teams.**Responsibilities**:
- Accurate and timeous data extrapolation and analysis from sources across CDR to identify problem areas requiring root cause analysis and monitoring
- Drive accurate and impactful quality assurance outputs from a group of Quality assurers ensuring adequate sampling per Individual and team according to set criteria per function.
- Compile and analyse monthly reporting on findings at individual/team and departmental level and provide useful management data on trends/change requirements and gaps.
- Provide a holistic and concise view on trends identified over a period of time, providing business intelligence in the form of management reporting.
- Provide input into departmental strategy by devising new methods of ensuring adherence to standards and efficiency.
- Required to perform adhoc QA activities/ research or projects based on business requirements.
- Timeous monthly compilation of the Secured Collections Manco reporting pack
- Ensure CDR Performance Evaluation
- Ensure alignment to governance and compliance requirements.
- Monitor key expectations of stakeholders internal/external and build long -term relationships to ensure a strategic partnership.
- Manage team effectively and efficiently across the Quality Value Chain
- Drive identification and development of innovative solutions to enable efficient, effective, and proactive Credit Risk Management practices.
- Drive the ongoing review and update of Credit/Risk Policies, Guidelines, Procedures, Processes, etc in line with relevant legislations/regulations to achieve effective and efficient execution of tasks.
- Provide support to CDR through engagement, collaboration and alignment with relevant stakeholders to support the achievement of Strategic objectives of the business area.
**Essential Qualifications - NQF Level**
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
**Preferred Qualification**
- Bachelor of Commerce:
Cost and Management Accounting, Certificate:
Business Management
- Minimum Experience Level- 10 years working experience and relevant industry experience in Leadership
