Queue Controller

**As a Queue Controller, you will be responsible for**:
- Logging Quick Transactions
- Customer Queries
- Logging Customers
- Directing Customers
**What are we looking for?**
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- 2-3 years’ experience in a Retail Sales Environment, preferably within the Telecommunications Industry
- Sales acumen
- Marketing principle knowledge
- Customer service skills
- Administration skills
- Planning and Prioritisation skills
- Communication skills (verbal &
written)
- Computerliteracy - MS office suite
