Main areas of responsibility include but arent limited to Shredding,
Scanning, renaming and uploading documents on our portal TDMS
Compiling of the telephone list Answering, screening and operating the

The boardroom Compiling and managing FM fleet reports General admin
Such as secretarial support, preparing documents, ticket systems, and

Management DAM by uploading videos and photos on our server Skills
Required for the position Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills i.E be able to prioritize tasks and have
Organizing skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Customer service
Attitude Ability to work under pressure Attention to detail Excellent
Administration skills Requirements for the position Must have a Matric to be
Considered Must be fluent in both Afrikaans and English Professional attitude
