The Regional Field Sales Manager reports to the COO.
Minimum Requirements
Matric and relevant Degree or Diploma
3-5 years Retail sales managerial experience. Township market experience will be an advantage
Computer literacy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Analytical skills and interpretation of trends and market developments
Proven track record of building a high-performance team

Duties &
Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with current customers - internal and external
Grow the business-s customer trading base in the region
Aggressively build the business-s brand - through your team - with current and prospective customers
Ensure monthly KPI targets are met
Develop, manage and drive sales targets as agreed monthly
Manage cash through your respective teams
Optimize growth potential for the business-s products and services
Ensure company policy and procedures on cash management and risk elimination are implemented, reported and managed daily
Actively look for opportunities to improve team efficiency and performance
Ensure all internal policies and controls are adhered to all the time
Ensure that Performance targets are reviewed monthly and action plans drawn
Execution of marketing initiatives in market
