ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area. Duties include basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair.
Optimally use SAP - ERP system for spares consumption after modules and instruments are repaired/refurbished.
Consistently demonstrate compliance and adherence to company and department specific SOP-s.
Successfully achieve individual performance objectives in line with departmental goals and actively participate in initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate spares\ ' inventory of spares in spares location and assist with cycle counts.
Perform sample preparation and PCR using conventional bench-top methods as well as the Cepheid GeneXpert system.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience in years:
Degree/diploma in electronics or engineering OR equivalent experience with 2- years
- experience in medical device repair center/workshop.
A- Certification computer software and hardware support OR relevant experience.
Windows 10, Windows 7, Hard Drive imaging software eg. Ghost, MS Office, CRM, Salesforce, SAP RMA, cycle counts, transfer of goods.
Knowledge and skills:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment meeting all production standards and times with a high attention to detail, accuracy and orderliness.
Must have ability to troubleshoot problems and drive to root cause.
Attention to detail.
Ability to read and follow process procedures, work instructions, job standards and related information Effectively Prioritizes tasks and acts with urgency and agility as new information emerges.
A positive attitude with the ability to embrace change within a busy sales Office environment, and take ownership of issues until fully resolved.
