**Description**:
**Reservation Management**:
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of reservation information into the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests and accommodations.
**Guest Services**:
- Provide personalized assistance to guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and represent the luxury brand with professionalism.
**Communication**:
- Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with tact and diplomacy.
**Sales Support**:
- Promote lodge services, packages, and special offers to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell lodge amenities and experiences.
**Data Management**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reservations and guest information.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
**Requirements**:
- ** Must be willing to work in Head Office which is in Century City**:
- Proven experience in reservations or a related customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
