The incumbent should have extensive proven experience working with all employee benefit types, i.E. medical aids, pensions, retirement funds, workmans compensation and ad hoc benefits service providers
Strong focus and proven track record of implementing remuneration structures and advising senior management thereof as well as a strong focus on implementing employee wellness programs and initiatives
Matric
Minimum 3 years Payroll Administration
HR Tertiary qualification or minimum 3 years degree qualification
Minimum 3 years as a Benefits Administrator
Minimum 2 years as a Benefits Officer/Manager
Minimum 5 years experience with Sage 300 payroll and WSS is essential
Strong financial skill set
Microsoft products V-lookups, pivots, mail merging and reports
