The Head of Sales for the group is looking for a Sales Administrator... someone that will take the admin work away to free up the Head of Sales to be able to travel and be on the road more. This is a learning role, you will be trained and taught to eventually be part of the Sales team, calling on and servicing the trade.
Duties will include:
* Follow ups to the trade after trade shows and events
- Itinerary building for corporates and special events
- Getting guest information captured for the operations team and captured in ZOHO (CRM account)
- Learning ZOHO, CRM / database and sending out specials to trade and direct business
- Accompanying the Head of Sales to agent visits and eventually being able to travel independently to see the trade for product training
- Sending rates and contracts to the trade
- Supporting Head of Sales when she is travelling abroad
- Sending quotes and information to direct business enquiries
- Checking availability and sending quotes
- Work with marketing in creating specials to be sent to databases
- Sending the trade regular updates for Allocations &
Freesell
- Make appointments and manage diary for Head of Sales
- Learning OPERA and how reservations works
- This is a GROWTH position;
it takes years to reacha senior head of sales role. This is an incredible opportunity to start from the bottom and be taught by some well-respected, senior people in hospitality.

Someone who wants to work in Hospitality / Sales &
Marketing
- Someonewho lives in the Ballito / Dolphin Coast area
- Outgoing and confident, not afraid to pick up the phone and make appointments
- Team Player - The Company is small and very hands on and work well as a team.
