Johnson, Biosense Webster, Inc (BWI) has an immediate opening for Sales and Clinical Support Specialist role in Cape Town, South Africa.
Overall Purpose of this Job:
This professional will be responsible for implementing specific customer development and training plans by providing full clinical support to all the Biosense Webster (BSW) accounts within their territory. Reporting to the Clinical Development manager, the individual will be encouraged to collaborate with other members of the team to optimize customer experience and improve sales and take share opportunities.

The responsibilities &
the impact YOU will have:
Meet and exceed sales targets for their geographic area. Increase catheter utilization in Electrophysiology to gain market share and to achieve sales targets aligned with the Business Plan. Important Company Clinical Support for coverage for cases performed with the CARTO 3 Navigation System. Deliver customer training plan and effectively transfer knowledge to empower customers to use BSW kit effectively and independently. Align with mandatory training and attend local and abroad training programs to maintain and develop knowledge required to fulfil job role successfully. Develop in depth understanding of the needs and objectives of customers on all levels
- both clinical and non-clinical partners, develop tailored solutions which, improve sales potential for Biosense Webster. Maintain knowledge of competitor's products and strategies in the local market.
**Qualifications**:

Required:
Relevant Human Science degree or equivalent. Experience in an EP Lab will be advantageous. IBHRE accreditation is desirable. Knowledge of computer assisted surgery systems and/or 3D Mapping systems. Good communication skills and build positive relationships quickly. Havethe capacity to gain in-depth product and procedure knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with every level of the hospital hierarchy. Self-Motivated and have a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced role. Must be self-disciplined, organized, and be able to take ownership and responsibility for business objectives. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Teammate and independent problem solver. Creative / innovative. Computer software package skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
