A Durban based Fortune 500 company, leader in the renewable energy industry, is looking to hire a Sales Assistant with a unique blend of skills in sales support and graphic design. This role is central to our sales team, focusing primarily on sales assistance while also requiring the capability to produce high-quality training and product materials using graphic design skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, assisting in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Design and develop engaging and informative training and product materials, leveraging graphic design skills to enhance the presentation and effectiveness of these materials.
- Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, supporting the sales team with actionable data.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of sales strategies, promotional events, and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with our brand's objectives.
- Manage customer inquiries, provide product information, and contribute to a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a sales support role, with a strong understanding of sales processes and customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.G., Adobe Creative Suite) with the ability to produce visually appealing training and marketing materials.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in conducting market research and utilizing data to support sales initiatives.

**Qualifications**:
