job description

This position requires the sales and marketing assistance with regards to the acquisition of investment properties. It is a great opportunity for newly graduates to use his/her acquired sales and/or marketing education in the world of property investing. The position also offers the potential for career and income growth based on performance.
Attending and giving input in marketing campaigns pertaining to the acquisition of investment properties
Managing all property marketing funnels and following up on potential leads
Conducting desktop research and extracting data on suburbs and properties using tools like Lightstone, TPN, Property24, etc.
Compiling all property data in spreadsheets
Sales and marketing calls to real estate agents and rental agents based on extracted property data. This includes making appointments for property viewings, weekly follow up with agents, building rapport with real estate agents
Administration and filing (hard and soft) of property and suburb information
Managing website queries (responding, action, file)
Weekly status reporting on calls, and progress of property acquisitions
Field visits - viewing of potential properties for investment purposes
Gathering information for feasibility and due diligence on potential property acquisitions
Liaise with service providers - town planners, home inspectors, etc.
General sales and marketing administration with regards to the acquisition of investment properties
**REQUIREMENTS**:
This position requires the following skills
**Microsoft Office**:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
**Creative writing**:
copy for marketing material
**A good understanding of social media platforms**:
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter
Basic analysing and extraction of property data
Very basic accounting (further learning will be provided)
Excellent people's skills and relationship building
Analytical and strategic thinking
Great administrative skills
**Excellent command for the English Language**:
Writing and Speaking
Emotional intelligent
Attention to detail
