Prepare and collate sales tenders, proposals and presentations
Manage and update social media, websites for group, respond to and distribute enquiries to relevant departments
Manage promotions and graphic designer, managing workflow, planning of activities and promotional calendar
Assist with planning and execution of competitions and special days, promotions
Liaise with relevant industries and companies with regard to exposure, advertising and marketing opportunities, including planning and execution of Feedem booth/stands at expos andconferences
Assist and co-ordinate promotional gifts and client gifts with promotions team
Ensure all marketing material, proposals etc are up to date with current company information and latest photos etc
Collaborate with Feedem operations in other areas to ensure latest proposal, presentation etc formats are being utilised and being kept up to date
Copy writing, concepts and distribution of company newsletters and communication with clients Let-s Talk, adverts, Feedem Times etc
Checking / monitoring of tender bulletins, directing to relevant parties
