Tasks and Responsibilities
This role engages potential leads about their requirements, manages lead demo's/ meetings /workshops, follows-up
Leads, and closes designated sales deals. The role provides 1st line product &
service support to customers by receiving requests or complaints, analysing needs, and responding to or routing appropriate resolutions.Core Outcomes
Acquires knowledge and keeps abreast of all organisation products to support customers Creates and manages the monthly sales pipeline Actively analyzing leads and existing customers to identify and formulate sell/up-sell opportunities Engages potential leads about their requirements Probes and verifies lead requirements, users, and service-related gains Clarifies details for unique lead requirements Manages lead demo's/ meetings /workshops Follows-up leads, and closed sales deals Invoices the customer Follows-up account tasks and outstanding customer payments Receives customer problems, requests, and inquiries Analyses problems, requests, and inquiries Routes customer problems, requests, and inquiries with ticketing system for resolution Responds to customer problems, requests, and inquiries Receives customer complaints and test user or app Routes customer complaints with ticketing system Resolves customer complaints Responds to customer complaints
