**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their staffing needs within the healthcare sector.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR managers, department heads, and nursing administrators.
- Present and demonstrate the value proposition of AT Recruits' staffing solutions, addressing client needs and concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor staffing proposals and solutions according to client requirements.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM software, providing regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the healthcare staffing market.
- Represent AT Recruits at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Continuously seek opportunities for business growth and improvement, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and time management.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for tracking and managing leads.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, conferences, and events.
- Understanding of healthcare staffing dynamics, regulatory requirements, and industry trends is a plus.
