Cancom Canfleet a leading provider of innovative IT solutions and fleet management products, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our organisation.

R15 000 -R18 000 basic Salary ( depending on experience ) + Commission &
Fuel reimbursement
**Duties &
Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote and sell our IT-related fleet management products.
- Identify and prospect new clients, including businesses in the transportation, logistics, and fleet management industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to showcase the value and benefits of our IT solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to generate leads, qualify prospects, and develop targeted sales campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently delivering outstanding results.
**Desired Experience &
Qualification**
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the IT industry or selling technology solutions.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of fleet management concepts and IT-related products.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build rapport.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to grasp complex IT solutions and articulate their value to potential customers.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Matric or tertiary qualification
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in a sales environment
- Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to meet sales targets and production goals
**Salary**:
R15,000.00 - R18,000.00 per month
