in Johannesburg who have an existing and growing portfolio of A and P grade office facilities ideally suited to medium / large corporate companies looking for flexibility in their office rental. Your main responsibility will be to source (and eventually be able to close) corporate tenants and transactions of 20 - 50 pax, due to growing demand for flexible real estate solutions given the current macro conditions.
The role is commission based, so would suit a sales executive or real estate broker / agent that wants to break into this exciting niche of the property market. A network of corporate contacts and Johannesburg real estate professionals will be very beneficial. That said, they are also happy to consider a confident graduate who is happy to cold call, and set up meetings for more senior staff, with the view to growing into a client facing role in time. The ability to engage with all type of stakeholders is important and you need to be happy working towards challenging KPI\ 's.
