Sales Manager - Environmental Services

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals and drive growth.
Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and negotiate contracts.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery to clients.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to inform business decisions.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry organizations to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
Diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
3-5+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the waste management or environmental services industry.
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating sales teams.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a track record of achieving goals and driving results.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary.
**Salary**:
R25,000.00 - R35,000.00 per month
