**Sales Manager**
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager in the Western Cape Region (_**West Coast District**_**, **_**Overberg District**_**, **_**Central Karoo District**_**, **_**Cape Winelands District**_) which would be able to recruit, manage and drive sales and must have an entrepreneurial attitude with a specific background in risk financial products (funeral and life cover) to customers.

**Responsibilities**:
- Generate prospecting opportunities through networking, generate leads to position products and service offering for your team
- Ensuring your team secure financial planning meetings with prospects/clients
- Follow the 6 steps in financial planning methodology to ensure comprehensive financial planning and advisory services are rendered to clients
- Conduct financial needs analysis for clients using a FNA system
- Source quotations for product related recommendations
- Assist with the implementation of agreed recommendations
- Track and report progress of agreed implementation to clients
- Conduct annual reviews with clients
- Meet persistency requirements
- Maintain headcount and provide training where needed
- Be able to manage a team of 10 or more staff - face to face
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Matric/Grade 12
- FAIS Qualification (non-negotiable) minimum NQF5
- Class of Business
- CPD compliant
- FAIS Regulatory examination for Representatives (RE5)
EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS
- 4 years' experience in financial planning for Risk
- Proven track record in a target driven environment
- Must be prepared and willing to travel to client sites for meeting
- Must have laptop and mobile phone and internet connection
**Salary**:
R15,000.00 - R40,000.00 per month
