This is done through a structured approach to implement improvement initiatives with the goal of increasing outcomes and reducing costs.The Sales Operations Professional identifies, implements and supports the global and local tools and processes to facilitate the above.Stakeholders:
This key role works with many functions such as Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Project Management, Senior Management as well as Business Partners and external Customers.Your tasks and responsibilities:
Manage and support Market Research and Financial Analysis:
Conduct market research and analyses in respect of the Southern African Healthcare industry
Monitor and communicate trends and developments in the Healthcare industry
Develop and perform monthly benchmarking/analysis of/against external market intelligence data
Important Company analytical support for quarterly budget reviews
Create, organise, and maintain data using database and spreadsheet programs
Design and prepare trend and data analysis reports using PowerBI
Manage the Customer Relationship Management Process through its entire life cycle:
Ensure the planning and successful execution of customer relationship programmes and initiatives
Design, develop and manage performance measures and indicators for sales performance and tracking
Correctly prioritise requirements to ensure appropriate use of resources
Review customer service contract renewals and ensure accurate tracking in the CRM tools
Important Company and manage deadlines for users
Create, acquire and support the CRM IT Landscape tools required to facilitate the above
Drive and support continuous improvement activities in the defined area of responsibility:
Deploy continuous improvement standards e.G. lean, and description of methods and processes, and respective documentation
Analyse processes, identify weak points, develop solutions and support implementation
Propose improvement projects, and evaluate costs / benefits and oversee it's roll out
Compile training material and instructions to the relevant stakeholders
Identify Key Performance Indicators KPI's
Monitor improvement KPI's and adapt process where needed
Participate and facilitate improvement workshops /meetings
CRM IT Landscape:
Ensure effectiveuse and understanding of the available CRM tools Oracle Sales Cloud, One Library experience required and with all users
Improve the user experience by providing access, training, tip sheets and general support to users
Data cleaning, updating and management as per business requirements
Culture and Relationships:
Build and maintain relationships with identified key stakeholders
Develop and maintain a strong performance culture within the Sales Operations Team
General:
Chair and take minutes at sales meetings and ensure that accurate up to date records are kept of all action points
To comply with such training as is required and necessary to perform the duties of the position

Your qualifications and experience:
Minimum Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Sales and Marketing
Minimum years
- experience in the Healthcare Industry
Minimum of 3-5 years Management experience
Fluent use of the English Language:
